Based in Morayshire, North of Scotland, Your Event Needs is a growing Events Management business aimed at providing you with what your event needs.
Planning, budgeting and preparing for an event can be a daunting task when you are unsure about where to begin. Or if you have already started planning, we can simplify your task list and help you to manage your time effectively. We will not take control of your event unless that is what you would like us to do. Our calm, attentive approach aims to relieve the work load, enabling you to enjoy planning your event, making your budget work for you and helping you to narrow down your design ideas.
Journey to wedded bliss
I love weddings! It is always a privilege to be involved in helping a couple to plan their special day. Are you a DIY couple? We also provide advisory and management services. Being flexible is important to us.
Birthday parties, meetings, fundraisers, school events, special occasions – the possibilities are endless and I am happy to meet up and have an informal chat to find out how I can help you with planning your event.
We have a large selection of equipment and decor’ waiting to be hired out. Stock is always being added and some, unfortunately, discontinued if it is a little tired or dated.

Table centerpieces e.g. Wood slices, hurricane vases, bottles, over sized martini glasses, cylindrical vases, candle stick holders, tealight holders and much more.
White, premium hospitality tablecloths. Vintage, embroidered tablecloths. Table runners/overlays. Chair covers. Chair sashes. All available to hire.

Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware
We love vintage crockery and have heaps to choose from, as well as a white crockery set, stainless steel cutlery set, wine/champagne flutes/water glasses, charger plates.
